Not everything fits the first time.
If something feels off, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We prioritize exchanges over refunds.
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Size changes
- Defective or incorrect items
Shipping fees apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Worn, used, or damaged items
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Reason for return or exchange
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will resolve the issue at no additional cost
